SEE YOU NEXT WEEK

In celebration of my return to the US of A next week, here are a few photos taken during our last days in Los Angeles last year. My big highlight was the Warner Bros VIP tour. Gilmore Girls and Friends are two of my favourite television shows, so to walk around the old sets was incredible. They were also filming Hart of Dixie and Pretty Little Liars during our time on the lot. Needless to say I was esctatic, turned into a total nerd and bought a Rosewood High tee from the gift shop. Driving through The Hills to the Hollywood sign is another must-do, as is a stroll from Santa Monica to Venice.  

I would love your recommendations for any cafes, things to do etc in SF, LA, Boston & NYC. Apart from the tourist sights, I love to experience local haunts too so please leave any thoughts in the comments.

    Hope you're having a good times! I mainly just did tourist attractions in NYC, I really loved the Greenwich Village/West Village area too.

    The Ghetty museum is a must see- even just for the architecture and 180 degree views from Bev hills to Santa Monica! Also, shopping on Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills, a stroll down Abbott Kinney Blvd in Venice and lunch at Moon Shadows in Malibu are such fun things to do!

    Gahhh I'm super jeally of you! DYING to go back to the USA. I've never been to LA but dying to dine at The Ivy - aside from the celeb spotting it's supposed to be pretty chic and Boston definitely hit up Newbury St for some AH-MAZING shopping! NYC is pretty huge so just wandering through Soho your sure to find some awesome eats anywhere. Hope this is of some help anyway! Will have to come back and live vicariously though you soon!

    I am so jealous you're going back! I did 6 months exchange in San Francisco about 5 months ago and it was so amazing. Really want to go back for Coachella!
    If you're a fan of 500 Days of Summer, Angels Knoll Park in downtown LA is where the famous park bench is if you want to check that out.

    How cool! Have an amazing time in the USA :)

    I just started watching Gilmore Girls (I know, only just now... how embarrassing!) and I'm loving it, and I'm so obsessed with PLL. You need to go to Hot Spud in San Fran - it's not exactly high brow but man do they do GOOD baked potatoes with incredible toppings.
